Welcome to Lunastara. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or purchasing from Lunastara, you agree to comply with the following terms.

Lunastara is a UK-based business creating handmade resin rings infused with crushed spiritual stones. All products are made individually, meaning slight variations may occur.

Each item is crafted by hand. We aim for accuracy in all product descriptions and images, but we cannot guarantee that colors, textures, or finishes will be exact due to screen settings and material variations.

Prices are listed in GBP (£) and may change without notice. We accept payments via [e.g. Shopify Payments, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard]. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed.

We ship within the UK and internationally. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Lunastara is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we accept returns only if the item is faulty or damaged upon delivery. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item. Custom items are non-refundable.

All designs, images, logos, and text on this website are the intellectual property of Lunastara and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

Lunastara is not liable for any allergic reactions, misuse, or damage resulting from the use of our jewelry. All items are sold “as is” with no guarantees of metaphysical outcomes.
